  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. Returns process works but the form is confusing.

  Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Good value, especially compared to the high street.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  I saved a decent amount using a code from here. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message.

  “Reliable and quick”
  Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Came with all the clips and screws needed.
