  The FAQ answered more than their support did. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Wiring was long enough to reach without an extension.

  “Poor experience”
  Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Package arrived opened and one item was missing. Disappointed is the honest summary.

  “Save your money”
  Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Support never replied to either of my emails.

  “Decent but not perfect”
  Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price. Came with all the clips and screws needed. I would use them again for something small.

  Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Fitted my model without any modification needed.
