  Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Arrived well within the window they promised. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Sizing was spot on for my usual fit.

  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. One item was great, the other was mediocre. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying.

  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Chums surprised me. Sizing was spot on for my usual fit.

  “Will be back”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Feels premium for what it cost. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Sizing was spot on for my usual fit.
