  Would think twice before ordering from here again. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. The saving was not worth the problems that followed.

  Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Easy to reach and no automated runaround.

  Warranty claim went through with no drama. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  Third order with CIMB this year, so that probably tells you enough. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.
