  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Exactly what I hoped for.

  Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Refund came back short of what I paid. Disappointed is the honest summary.

  My order from Flexxbuy was a bit of a mess from the start. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

  “Quality is there”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced.
