  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Returns for a different size were straightforward. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly.

  There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. Worth it on sale, not at full price.
