  “Genuinely impressed”
  Was a bit unsure about ordering, but Lululook turned out to be completely legit. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Comfortably recommend them.

  Third order with Lululook this year, so that probably tells you enough. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out.

  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Happy with this one”
  Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. Glad I took the chance on them.
