    “Quality is there”
    Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.

    Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Glad I took the chance on them.

    Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Already planning my next order.

    Ordered from CITY OF SCENTS for the first time and it went better than I expected. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Nothing I would change about the experience.
