  “Exactly what I needed”
  No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.

  The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Cheaper and better on three other sites.

  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Refund came back short of what I paid. Sticking to other sites from now on.

  Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. It looks good in the room and matches the photos.
