  “Quality is lacking”
  Disappointing experience with Coach Soak, unfortunately. They refused a return despite the item being faulty. It shipped a full week after they said it would. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out.

  I had high hopes for Coach Soak but it did not work out. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. Response was rude, which sealed it for me.

  They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  “Some good, some bad”
  Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. Third party test results were available when I asked. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.
