  “Easy recommendation”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. No unwanted side effects for me so far. Glad I took the chance on them.

  Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. Cheaper and better on three other sites. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology.

  Has held up well to daily use so far. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Not much more you can ask for really.

  Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant.
