  Been using Colleen Rothschild Beauty on and off since last winter. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Glad I took the chance on them.

  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Feels premium for what it cost. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Not much more you can ask for really.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Overall a very smooth experience.
