  Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Learned my lesson on this one.

  “Happy with this one”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally.

  Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. The saving was not worth the problems that followed.

  “Would order again”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Solid experience overall.

  “Middle of the road”
  The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Courier left it outside in the rain, though that is not really on the store. I would use them again for something small.
