  “Not what I expected”
  Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. Not worth the money for what turned up.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “Better than expected”
  Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “Would order again”
  My sister recommended Collinsoutdoors and I finally gave it a try last month. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Would happily spend money here again.
