  “Long wait, poor result”
  Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. The returns address they gave was wrong. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

  “Everything went right”
  Been using Croci on and off since last winter. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. It has survived a determined chewer for a month. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  My sister recommended Croci and I finally gave it a try last month. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate.
