  “Not what I expected”
  Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality.

  “Would compare first next time”
  Middle of the road experience for me. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Has held up well to daily use so far. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Colour has not faded after several washes. Happy customer, will return.

  “Would order again”
  Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Returns for a different size were straightforward.

  “Nice surprise”
  Third order with David Lawrence this year, so that probably tells you enough. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking. Overall a very smooth experience.
