  “Average experience”
  One item was great, the other was mediocre. No response to my first email, the second one got through. It got here safely, just slower than I would like. Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price.

  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated.

  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Dispatched the same day I ordered. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.
