  Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month.

  Placed a fairly big order with Dekoria and everything arrived exactly as listed. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Arrived well within the window they promised. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Comfortably recommend them.
