  “Not as described”
  Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. One part was already broken when I unpacked it.

  Courier left it outside in the rain, though that is not really on the store. The FAQ answered more than their support did. An average experience, honestly.
