  “Not as described”
Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. Frustrating from start to finish.

  “Average experience”
Second order from Delta xl and it was less smooth than the first. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

  “Would not order again”
Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out.

  “Quick and painless”
I've been buying from Delta xl for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Third party test results were available when I asked. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Smooth experience”
I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Happy customer, will return.
