  “Long wait, poor result”
Ordered two items and had problems with both. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem.

  “Everything went right”
Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Batch and expiry details were clearly printed on the label.
