    Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Returns for a different size were straightforward. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

    “Will be back”
    Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them. It just worked, start to finish.

    “Not as described”
    Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

    “Arrived late and damaged”
    Ended up cancelling half the order. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
