    “Does exactly what it says”
    Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking. I have already recommended them to two people.

    Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

    “Not what I expected”
    Would not order from SARA Bags again based on this. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Look at the alternatives before committing.

    Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Arrived well within the window they promised. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Returns for a different size were straightforward.
