  “Repeat customer now”
  Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Support was polite and did not make me chase them.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  Would think twice before ordering from here again. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Photos on the site do not really do it justice.

  “Happy with this one”
  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Feels premium for what it cost. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.
