  Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere. Happy customer, will return.

  Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  Worth it on sale, not at full price. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. The FAQ answered more than their support did.

  Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Materials are much thinner than described. Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality.
