    “Quality is lacking”
    The listing and the reality did not match. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Learned my lesson on this one.

    “Easy recommendation”
    Placed a fairly big order with Drops and everything arrived exactly as listed. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate. Would order from here again without hesitating.
