  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. It just worked, start to finish.

  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me. An average experience, honestly.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Uptime has been solid since I switched over.

  Support replied, but it took three days. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Fine for what it was.
