  Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Easy five stars from me.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Ingredients list matched what was shown online. Glad I took the chance on them.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Exactly what I hoped for.
