Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message.

“Not quite what I hoped”

Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. The saving was smaller than the banner suggested.

Ordered from EBCBrakesDirect for the first time and it went better than I expected. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Came with all the clips and screws needed. Would happily spend money here again.
