  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Installation took about an hour with basic tools. Easy five stars from me.

  Ordered from Ferrari World for the first time and it went better than I expected. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Noticeably better than the part it replaced. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “Quick and painless”
  Used Ferrari World twice now and both experiences were smooth. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Wiring was long enough to reach without an extension.
