“Easy recommendation”

I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Licence key arrived by email within a couple of minutes. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Uptime has been solid since I switched over.

I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Nothing I would change about the experience.

Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. The FAQ answered more than their support did.
