  “Great value for money”
  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

  Acceptable, though I have had better elsewhere. The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. Support replied, but it took three days. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  “Poor experience”
  I had high hopes for YouGov DE but it did not work out. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund.

  Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. No response to my first email, the second one got through. Neither impressed nor disappointed.
