  “Poor experience”
  The listing and the reality did not match. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Disappointed is the honest summary.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. The case fits my model exactly with no gaps around the buttons. Would order from here again without hesitating.
