  “Second order, same quality”
  Been using e.l.f. on and off since last winter. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Expiry date was well over a year away.

  Came across e.l.f. through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Ingredients list matched what was shown online.

  Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for. Not worth the money for what turned up. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end.

  Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.

  “Everything went right”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last.
