    “Happy with this one”
    Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

    “Average experience”
    Mixed feelings about ELLA BELLA, though nothing went badly wrong. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase.

    “Not what I expected”
    Ordered two items and had problems with both. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. One part was already broken when I unpacked it.
