I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. For the price I honestly cannot complain. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.
