  “Better than expected”
  Good value, especially compared to the high street. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. The fitment guide on the site was accurate. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Smooth experience”
  Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Wiring was long enough to reach without an extension.

  “Poor experience”
  It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Cheaper and better on three other sites. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly.
