  Been using Vivi eBikes on and off since last winter. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Came with all the clips and screws needed. Would tell a friend to try them.

  “Fine with caveats”
  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing.

  Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it.
