  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.

  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Would happily spend money here again.

  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

  “Everything went right”
  Been using FIERA on and off since last winter. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.
