  “Exactly what I needed”
  They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Expiry date was well over a year away.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Look at the alternatives before committing.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.

  Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. One part was already broken when I unpacked it.
