  “Not as described”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. Started falling apart after light use.

  Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Feels premium for what it cost. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops.

  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. Sticking with them for future orders.
