  Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Exactly what I hoped for.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.
