  Good value, especially compared to the high street. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Great value for money”
  I've been buying from GoldMoral for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Grip is good in wet weather.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Refund came back short of what I paid. Started falling apart after light use.
