  “Good price, good service”
  Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Photos on the site do not really do it justice.

  “Middle of the road”
  Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic. Slightly narrow, so worth sizing up if you have wide feet. Good enough that I am not warning anyone off.

  “Happy with this one”
  I've been buying from Skechers for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. The sole has held up well on rough ground.

  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product.
