    Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Has held up well to daily use so far. Support was polite and did not make me chase them.

    “Would order again”
    Third order with Heirloom Hourglass this year, so that probably tells you enough. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it.

    “Poor experience”
    I had high hopes for Heirloom Hourglass but it did not work out. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Split into three parcels and the last one never came. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month.

    “Nice surprise”
    With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed.
