  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.
