  “No complaints at all”
  Placed a fairly big order with Hiyo and everything arrived exactly as listed. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Arrived well within the best before date. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Packaging kept everything fresh in transit. Glad I took the chance on them.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop.

  Acceptable, though I have had better elsewhere. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Disappointing experience with Hiyo, unfortunately. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Not going back.
