  The listing and the reality did not match. Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation. Charged in a different currency with a poor rate.

  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Portion sizes were about what I expected from the listing. Sticking with them for future orders.
