    “Average experience”
Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. One item was great, the other was mediocre. The code worked but only on part of my basket.

    “Easy recommendation”
Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Has held up well to daily use so far. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid.

Disappointing experience with MS Hotels.com, unfortunately. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
