  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came instantly.

  Ordered from Hotel Xcaret and it was fine, just not remarkable. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling.
